Payment Policy

To confirm a reservation your card is charged for a deposit of 50% of the total cost. Failure in processing the deposit results in the cancellation of the booking without notice. Please pay remaining balance on arrival.

Full payment required when booking 14 days or less prior to arrival.

Discount Policy

When available, you will find and redeem from the Promotions page.

Cancellation Policy

30 days before arrival full refund

within 14 days before arrival, no refund

Failing to cancel will result in your credit card being charged for the days booked.

No show will pay the full amount. 

In the event of a natural disaster, we will honour your booking in a future date(s).
