1. Bookings and Reservations
· Reservations can be made directly with the hotel, via our website, by phone, or through authorised third-party travel agents.
· All bookings are subject to room availability and hotel approval.
· Group reservations or special events may have extra requirements and require prepayment.
· Only guests aged 18 or older may book accommodation; proof of age may be requested at check-in.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
· Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
· Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability and could incur extra charges.
· If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the front desk immediately. Extensions depend on room availability and may require a rate adjustment.
5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct
· All guests must respect fellow guests, staff, and hotel property.
· Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activities are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
· Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment, whether intentional, accidental, or due to negligence. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest’s account.
· Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms or public areas; a cleaning fee may apply for violations.
· Children under 10 must always be supervised by an adult while on the premises.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
· We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information.
· Personal data collected during the reservation and stay is used only to provide services, comply with laws, and enhance guest experience. We do not sell or share our data except when required by law or when processing your booking.

· The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in rooms or public areas. Use of in-room safes, where available, is strongly recommended.
· Valuables should be declared and deposited at the front desk for secure storage.

· The hotel is not liable for failure to meet obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
