Reservations and Payments

  • Upon successfully processing the 50% deposit of the total cost of the booking, you will receive a system-generated confirmation email.
  • If the deposit is not processed due to faulty credit or debit card details, the booking is cancelled immediately, and you will receive an email notification. You may re-book if you like.
  • The outstanding balance is required upon check-in.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Dinner and Breakfast

  • Are included in the daily rates
  • Breakfast is at 9:00 AM
  • Dinner is at 7:00 PM
  • A Lunch Menu is available at the Bar

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will be charged for a one-day stay.
  • No refund when checking out early.
  • No refund for no shows.

Guest Conduct

 

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
  • Any harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these terms.

Room Occupancy

 

  • The maximum occupancy for each room is specified when booking.
  • Additional guests may incur extra charges.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel rooms and common areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are provided outside the hotel.

Damage and Theft

  • Guests are responsible for any damage.
  • Charges may apply for any damage or missing items.

Liability

 

  • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

Governing Law

 

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the hotel is located.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the local courts.
